Each year we remember the late, great John O’Halloran with a football tournament in his honour. John was one of the main driving forces behind the all weather facilities in Brickfield Park and worked tirelessly to ensure that the children of Drimnagh had access to a state of the art pitch to play on. 

The John O’Halloran Cup will take place this coming Saturday at 3pm. It is open to boys from U12 to U14 and girls from U12 to U15 from all clubs. Registration is free and children are asked to bring €5 on the day. All proceeds will be donated to the Mother McAuley Centre in memory of John.
